United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, known as the Global Goals were launched in September this year. Their aim is to resolve the social, economic and environmental problems troubling the world by 2030. There are seventeen goals grouped into six themes:

Sustainability

Moving the Goalposts

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) replace the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which ran from 2000 to 2015.
