- If the world were a village (Key Stage 2): imagining the world population as a village of 100 people is a concrete and accessible way of thinking about development, as well as chance to work on fractions, ratio and percentages, and explore ways to present data in a range of graphic formats.
- Live below the line (Key Stage 2): based on a Think Global resource, these numeracy activities explore food waste and poverty – enough for about four lessons and lunchtime activities, stimulus material and teacher support.
- Everyone counts (Key Stage 2-3): based on an Oxfam resource, these activities develop number and data skills by investigating case studies of children’s lives in Ethiopia, India, Vietnam and Peru.
